Denver’s first Chef N Brew Fest is only two days away! We’re proud to be pairing with Chef Brendon Doyle of City O’ City, and to get you ready, here’s a sneak preview of the offerings we’ve collaborated on…
Main dish: White Bean Cassoulet: fig demi-glace, fennel confit, crispy shallot and pickled quail egg. Paired with Hoppenberg Uncertainty Principle Belgian Double IPA.
Dessert: “Blow Torches & Magic:” Banana Cream, Bruleed banana, ‘Nilla wafers, espresso syrup, almonds and fleur de sel. Paired with…wait for it…Barrel Series No. 1, J. Marie Saison aged in whiskey.
