To celebrate our nation’s independence, on Wednesday, July 4th, we will have a special promotion on beer-to-go for your BBQ needs.
HOURS: We will open early and close early. 11am – 3pm.
DEALS: $10 growler fills of our flagship beers ($15 for J. Marie Saison), $8 bombers of everything except Whiskey-Aged J. Marie Saison. Of course, we will also pour drafts while we are open. But the idea here is that you make us your last stop before going to your BBQ to ensure you are well-stocked for the holiday.
In doing so, not only will you be the life of the party, but in the spirit of the Independence Day, you will be supporting real independent American beer. Beer made by local small-business owners who focus on quality product over advertising gimmicks.
And that is truly American.
Fresh off a successful Colorado Brewer’s Fest, we have no intention of slowing down the surprises for you! We’ve got a busy week planned here at River North, so be sure to make it down to our (air-conditioned!) taproom. Here’s the rundown:
First, we are open all week for the Rockies homestand, starting at 5pm Tuesday and noon on Thursday for the early game.
Next up is our second rendition of Barrel-Aged Wednesdays. This week we will tap five gallons of J. Marie Saison aged in Chardonnay, starting at 3pm until it’s gone. This version of our flagship saison exhibits a crisp, subtle tartness with notes of apple and oak.
But…we also have another new beer for you to preview on Wednesday, before it’s released en masse….
Come be the first to try Avarice Belgian Imperial Stout! This dark, dry, dangerously delicious brew will be our most intensely roasted offering to date. Why release an Imperial Stout in the middle of a heat wave, you ask? ‘Cause we do (and brew!) what we want! And it’s darn tasty!
Finally, we have another treat in store for you this week: two new bomber bottle releases by this weekend! First up, Unified Theory, our Oak-Aged, Imperial Wit, and the other….wait for it…Whiskey-Aged J. Marie Saison! Stay tuned throughout the week to find out what day each will be available in the taproom, and shortly after, all around this great (though sweltering) city of ours.
Some of you lucky few tried our first barrel-aged offering, Whiskey-Aged J. Marie Saison, which you will soon see in bottles around town. However, the time has come to take it to the next level; starting this Wednesday, June 20, we will release five gallons of a barrel-aged beer each week! First pour at 3pm, first-come first-serve until it’s gone!

Wednesday, June 20: Whiskey-Aged Quandary Quadrupel
Wednesday, June 27: Chardonnay-Aged J. Marie Saison
Wednesday, July 4th: No barrel release for the holiday, but we will be running a separate promotion, discounting all growlers and bombers to go for your BBQ needs. We will open early and close by about 3pm. Stay tuned for more details in the coming week.
